Just last weekend, fans lined up outside Los Angeles' Intuit Dome to catch 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball Pre-Show Village free performances. Kevin Woo, JO1, Rachel Chinouriri, GIRLSET and Alexander Stewart were on this year's lineup. The village is a great way to catch some of your favorite artists and enjoy some giveaways, photo ops and brand activations throughout the day, either as a stand alone event or before heading into Intuit Dome to enjoy Jingle Ball concert performances later in the night.

Despite the allure of a free ticketed entry, many fans found themselves paying $70 for parking within the arena's radius, a notable setback. Even with fans lining up outside the gates for hours, many running to the front barricade upon entry, the overall crowd was quite scarce. But the small numbers didn't impact the crowd's enthusiasm for each performance. Fans gathered throughout the day, holding hand made pickets, photo cards and some bringing their light sticks to show support for their favorite artists. And each artist took the stage providing memorable and energized performances.

You gave him your heart now he's here for your soul, 2nd gen KPop idol Kevin Woo opened the pre-show performance with hit KPop Demon Hunters song "Soda Pop." Beginning as a member of KPop group UKISS, Kevin recently debuted as a solo artist and has since accumulated a whole new generation of fans after portraying Mystery Saja from the demon boy band Saja Boys. Kevin went on to perform his debut solo track "Deja Vu" before closing out his set with the demon boy band anthem "Your Idol."

Following was JPop sensation, JO1 (ジェイオーワン), with their unified and spirited choreographed numbers. Always dressed to the nines, sporting white and black furs with pops of chrome silver, the group embodied a fashionable and edgy winter wonderland. JO1 performed hit single "Be Classic" after opening with "HAPPY UNBIRTHDAY," and closed out their set with their newest release "Handz In My Pocket." The nine members also serenaded the crowd with their a cappella rendition of "Last Christmas," bringing the festive spirit.

Rachel Chinouriri hit the stage next in a leather skirt, fishnet stockings and shirt embellished with nipple piercings. The alternative pop singer performed emotional "All I Ever Asked" before switching to the more upbeat "Can we talk about Issac?" 2024 track "Never Need Me" rounded out the South London born star's performance, with fans bopping along to every beat, waving their hands in the air.

JYP Entertainment girl group GIRLSET, took to the stage just as the sun began to set, allowing for glowing pink lights to flood the once sunlit stage. The girls, arriving center while embracing each other and showing fans they are united as ever, made their way to stationary mics to - dare I say - a quite lack luster opening number of Ariana Grande's "Santa Tell Me." The group, however, got the crowd amped up with a Christmas twist on their track "Commas." As their performance went on you could feel their confidence shift as they hit each beat of choreo while the crowd sang every word to their recent single "Little Miss," a standout number from the group. GIRSLET is checking the boxes of everything that was good about Y2K Pop music and paid homage by ending with a cover of "Gimme More" from the queen of pop Britney Spears.

The day was full of engaging and energetic performances. Some fans were even lucky enough to win tickets to the night's concert from the eccentric Mr. Fantasy, who made an appearance dancing through the village grounds. With booths for fans to check out in between sets - collecting freebies, enjoying snacks and and taking photos with Santa - the Village was an immersive experience for all.
