8TURN Spent an Unforgettable Night in Los Angeles on World Tour '8TURNRISE'

K-Pop group 8TURN wrapped up their North American leg of their 2025 8TURN 1st World Tour [8TURNRISE] in San Francisco on May 5th after 12 stops. Before closing in San Francisco, the eight member group visited Los Angeles on May 2nd, performing at the historic Orpheum Theatre to a crowd full of excited TURNING (fandom).
Debuting January 2023 with MNH Entertainment, members Jaeyun (재윤), Myungho (명호), Minho (민호), Yoonsung (윤성), Haemin (해민), Kyungmin (경민), Yungyu (윤규) and Seungheon (승헌) gained recognition on “Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace” in 2024. Their high impact performances and dedication to fans has drawn in audiences around the world.
8TURN's Los Angeles performance was a display of their ever growing talents as a group, inspiring fans and showcasing their desires to forge their path within K-Pop. The night opened with “RU-PUM PUM” and “WALK IT OUT,” and continued with hit debut track “TIC TAC,” most recent release "LEGGO" and an energetic and dance heavy Road to Kingdom Medley featuring “Future Perfect / TIC TAC / Love Dive / SPEED RUN.”
The group spent the night interacting with TURNING, showing their strength in their enthusiastic dance numbers, and highlighting their unity as a team. Having suffered an injury prior to the LA show, Seungheon took part in in the performance while seated - despite his injury he didn’t miss a beat, dancing the choreography from his seat to each number.
The members brought their own renditions of “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar and “Black Swan” by BTS, adding their flair to each number. The eight even partook in a dance battle following the stages, the winning team receiving an extra hour of sleep, being able to arrive late to the makeup chair - Myungho added “we take this very seriously.” Team 2, consisting of Haemin, Kyungmin, Yungyu and Seungheon won with Stray Kids’ “S- Class,” Seungheon waving his crutch high in the air in victory.
8TURN treated fans to a Q&A session where each member took the time to answer fan written questions. They then quickly turned the tables to ask TURNING a few questions of their own, such as where they could get the best seafood boil, and which beach was the best to surf.
The night came to an end with the members showing their gratitude to fans, Yoonsung expressing “Your cheers broke my expectations.” With loud cheers throughout the night and for each member as they spoke their farewells, Jaeyun added, “You showed up and remind me why I do this in the first place.”
Heading into the crowd to perform “ING,” the members ran through the aisles waving to fans and completing hand hearts, bringing the party straight to the seats of TURNING. “Here is a song from the bottom of our hearts,” the group totes before heading into final track “Your Are My Reason.”
8TURN spent the night connecting with fans, showcasing their strengths as a team and delivering memorable performances. Los Angeles TURNING await the eight members' return with eager excitement.
