| Los Angeles spent two days engaging in K-Culture content from beauty to music, food and more

Hosted by The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea Creative Content Agency, 2026 K-EXPO USA aimed to foster cultural connections between Korea and the U.S. through experiences across Korean trends within K-content, beauty, fashion, food and more. The two day Expo took place at Los Angeles' L.A. Live Event Deck and concluded with a K-pop concert featuring performances by LNGSHOT, P1Harmony and Jay Park at the neighboring Peacock Theatre.

With the continuing influence of Korean entertainment and culture across the globe, K-EXPO has been able to expand worldwide since its launch in 2022. In 2025, K-EXPO held events in Spain, Canada and the UAE bringing over more than 100,000 visitors combined, the popular festival landing in LA for the first time.
K-EXPO featured exhibits and interactive zones throughout L.A. Live Event Deck showcasing K-beauty, drama, food and more. Among the interactions were Netflix, where visitors could immerse themselves among large scale posters and stills from popular K-drama, games, Shin Ramyun at Nongshim, and K-Beauty touchups with All That Glow.

The two day fest concluded with a star studded performance featuring rookie group LNGSHOT, global superstars P1Harmony and K-hip hop icon Jay Park. The night began with a performance from KUKKIWON TAEKWONDO, the group captivated audiences with their dynamic tricks and synchronicity, the women of the group a true standout as noted by the loud cheers as they took their final bow. K-pop fans showed up early in anticipation for the event, many wearing shirts in support for their favorites, some made signs to hold while in the crowd and many others traded freebies outside the venue.

LNGSHOT opened the musical acts, making their U.S. debut. The four members have already made a lasting mark in the K-music scene with hits "Moonwalkin" and "Never Let Go." P1Harmony hit the stage next, opening with "L.O.Y.L." and "Unique," performing the hit song for the first time in the U.S. After three years, Jay Park took the U.S. stage once again, bringing out LNGSHOT to perform "MOYA" and "4SHO 4SHO." Jay Park closed the night with favorites like "MOMMAE" and "McNasty," while showing off his signature Freak McNasty dance moves.
K-EXPO will expand throughout France and Mexico later this year continuing their initiative of global outreach and worldwide cultural connections.
