Before recently completing his first solo tour, 'After The After Party', BM (비엠) performed to a packed house at the Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles on May 14th. The crowd, 21+, phone-less and itching for their chance at an NDA filled the historic club in the idol's hometown. Fans illuminated their light sticks and held photo cards in anticipation for their favorite idol. With twerk battles, lap dances and copious amounts of dancing and thrusting this tour was not one to miss.
While preparing in the photo pit for the show to begin the audience was bracing themselves for what's to come by dancing to BM and KARD songs that played over the speakers. Some women even took a moment to preemptively apologize for all the screaming they were about to do. Scream they did as BM burst onto the stage singing popular single "Lowkey" from 3rd Digital Single ‘LOWKEY’ followed by "Embers' and title track "Nectar (feat. Jay Park)" from his newly released EP BM 1st EP Element.

BM, part of South Korean hip hop group KARD, excited to see fans, remarks at the 21+ crowd stating “we grown in the building” and that this is a place to be “ratchet, unhinged and unfiltered”.
The rapper performs "After The After Party" and "Motion," from his new EP, while exuding his natural sensual energy. After raising the temperature he cooled things off and slowed things down by delivering a different kind of raw, singing more emotional ballads "LIE" from Single LOST IN EUPHORIA and "Broken Me" from the single of the same name.

With an early 2000’s R&B sound and clean smooth vocals, BM delivers a sultry performance of 'Loyalty' following up with "Badgirl, Badboy feat Somin "(소민) both from his most recent EP. After bringing up guests from the audience to participate in a twerking battle, the idol gives fans his own take on the challenge. Shortly after, in a moment BM described as being “exclusive to LA only”, he was joined on stage by Woosung (우성), the voice of liquid gold, from Korean indie rock group The Rose, for their performance of "CWS."
I wish I could say I remember what happens next but as I too was distracted by all the shirtless dancing, the crowd in absolute hysterics and BM dousing us all with water I forgot to take any notes here. I do know the whole building lit up with cheers once BM shed some layers and they erupted into screams upon hearing "13IVI," chanting along loudly with the rapper. BM winds the night down and takes a final photo with the crowd while prompting everyone to “say titties”. Before heading off the stage for the night he announces there is only one song left and it is audience choice, as the crowd screams out various songs they come together to hear “Motion” once more. Getting to hear this live twice in one night feels like I've been given a gift.

'After The After Party', partnered with Konnect’d Entertainment, is exclusively 21+, the first K-Pop Concert in the US to implement the age limit. The tour is also a phone-less event leaving fans to ditch watching the show through the lens and focus on the artist in front of them. BM exudes so much charisma on stage showing off his talents as a dancer, singer and rapper, leaving fans in awe of his stage presence and the added bonus of his fearlessness to be sexy and unfiltered.
'After The After Party' took on six stops in the US, visiting Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Atlanta and D.C.
