Get ready 2026! BTS has officially announced their comeback and world tour. Screaming, crying, throwing up as clocks struck midnight on January 1st, ARMY everywhere celebrated entry into the year of BANGTAN. In what could be labeled as one of k-pop's most highly anticipated comebacks, the seven members reunite as a full group for the first time in three years.

BTS The 5th Album is set to release March 20th. ARMY can visit 2026bts.com for a live countdown of the release. In an official statement, BIGHIT MUSIC shared the 14 new tracks are "packed with honest stories that BTS wants to share with ARMY" and "filled with the music that's most true to BTS." This album will mark their first album release in over three years, following PROOF in 2022.
The members have all been killin' it girl with solo releases and world tours while they each completed their mandatory military enlistment. Getting the chance to showcase their individuality and charms as soloists, each member tackling a different genre, they shined on their own only continuing to cement them as unstoppable idols with massive global impact . We can't wait to see the group come back together to fuse their sounds into what we already know as BTS as well as see the seven begin to shape new sounds of the group's future together.

Prior to their official announcement the group surprised some ARMY with hand written letters delivered to their homes, showcasing the album logo and release date. Spoiler king RM also teased fans early last month, saying there would be anywhere form 3-20 new songs on their album. The group has been seen going live several times over the past few weeks asking ARMY what they want to see on tour and dropping hints about what fans can expect - many hoping for throwback hits like "No More Dream" and "War of Hormone," and others pleading for a first time performance of "Louder Than Bombs." Do we think their OG performances will come fully equipped with tube socks and large chains or maybe even skinny jeans?

Pre-order for the album begins January 16th 1PM KST and their upcoming tour schedule will be announced just two days prior on January 14th 12AM KST.
ARMY get ready for battle, may your internet connection be strong and your reflexes fast.
