ZEROBASEONE Makes Billboard 200 Chart Debut with First U.S. Physical Album BLUE PARADISE

K-Pop fifth-generation giants ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) entered Billboard 200 chart at 28th with their fifth mini-album BLUE PARADISE, marking their first debut at Billboard chart and achieving the highest Billboard 200 chart position of any fifth generation K-pop group.

According to Billboard charts in the week ended April 19, ZEROBASEONE also landed in six other Billboard charts, claiming No.1 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists and World Album, while ranking second on Top Current Album Sales, third on Top Album Sales, fifth on Independent Albums, and 16th on Billboard Artist 100.  

 

This marks a significant achievement following the group’s first U.S. physical album release on April 4, as part of their ongoing efforts to expand their global presence and better connect with fans around the world. BLUE PARADISE showcases ZB1's musical evolution through six diverse tracks that blend alternative pop, R&B, punk rock, and more.

 



The nine member group – consisted of Sung Han Bin (성한빈), Kim Ji Woong (김지웅), Zhang Hao (章昊), Seok Matthew (석매튜), Kim Tae Rae (김태래), Ricky (沈泉锐), Kim Gyu Vin (김규빈), Park Gun Wook (박건욱), and Han Yu Jin (한유진),  continues to break records as the first K-pop group to have all five albums, including their debut, sell over one million copies within a  week of each release. Their recent first Japanese album PREZENT received platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan in February 2025.

 

Since their debut in 2023, the group has been working diligently to connect with their fans around the world and has taken over global major stages. In July 2024, they performed and met their fans in the United States at The GRAMMY Museum:Global Spin Live, followed by their performance at SUMMER SONIC 2024 in August in Japan, the biggest urban music festival in Japan. The group’s first world tour TIMELESS WORLD in 2024 attracted over 140,000 fans across eight regions, solidifying their position as the “Fifth-Generation K-pop Icon” and meeting their fans in Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Macau, and Japan’s Aichi and Kanagawa. 

 

In April, ZB1 will hold their second fan concert BLUE MANSION from April 18 to 20 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, South Korea. Of the three-day fan concert, the April 19 fan concert will be broadcast live in 105 theaters in Japan.
