In the heat of L.A., KANGDANIEL enters to greet his U.S.fans after two years with his '2025 ACT: NEW EPISODE' tour. Within the walls of the historic Palace Theatre, he starts his show with passion and energy, the fans greeting him with enthusiasm.

KANGDANIEL debuted as a soloist in July of 2019 under his own agency. With his debut, he released several projects in a color-themed trilogy in order to find his own voice and unique style of music. Much of KANGDANIEL’s music output is a mix of 80s pop and emotional storytelling. Listeners are drawn to how he touches on dark themes, which is more of a rarity in the South Korean music space. From his debut to now, KANGDANIEL continues to connect with audiences around the world.
The energy in the Palace Theatre was electric, and the air was hot from excitement. KANGDANIEL performed several songs from his more recent music releases. From “Get Loose” to “Movie Star,” KANGDANIEL showed Los Angeles how much his sound has changed. He noted to the fans that “we are always filming in Los Angeles,” signifying that the city of stars is a special place to perform. As L.A. was one of his last stops, KANGDANIEL made sure to make the night iconic.

Along with the recent songs, KANGDANIEL made sure to perform “Paranoia” and “Who U Are.” He noted, “I can’t leave them (the fan-favorites) out. I gave it my all today.” The dance performance was intense, but he kept his stride with the team of dancers. The years of performing those songs showed in his expertise, but KANGDANIEL was obviously feeling the pressure of the L.A. heat. However, he pressed on to continue the show with the same passion that he started with.
The audience sent waves of support through cheers and danced along to the music. “Let’s turn the theater hotter this time,” said KANGDANIEL. “I need some seriously loud cheers.” The fans complied and gave their full support to him.
KANGDANIEL did not stop with the fan-favorites and big dance numbers. He also sang heartfelt ballads such as “One Call Away” and “Little Bit Lost.” He made a point to address the crowd and say that those songs are “filled with messy, tangled emotions,” and he invited the audience into a safe space where those emotions are welcome.

It was an impressive night with performances that only KANGDANIEL can deliver. From his talented vocals in ballads to the dedication to intense choreography, the night felt fresh and new. After two years of being away from the U.S., KANGDANIEL returned with power and spirit and brought L.A. to new heights.
