Named one of Rolling Stone’s Future 25 of 2026, TWS—K-pop’s champions of youth—are now set to release their 5th Mini Album NO TRAGEDY on April 27 5 AM ET (6 PM KST).

The announcement is accompanied by a teaser unveiled across their official social media channels. First introduced as a surprise on the final day of ‘2026 TWS 2ND FANMEETING <42:CLUB> IN SEOUL,’ the video opens in a dimly lit space washed in flickering neon, where the members are seen rushing in before gathering to catch their breath. As they suddenly turn back, the screen cuts to a bold reveal of the album title, NO TRAGEDY, along with its release date—marking the beginning of a new chapter.
NO TRAGEDY explores TWS’ take on romance, as they defy predetermined destiny and shape their own love story—one where no tragedy exists. The album channels their determination to break past limitations and run headfirst toward love, “showcasing their youthful evolution beyond their innocent boyhood days,” as their label, PLEDIS Entertainment, stated.

TWS have continued to make waves with their self-defined genre, ‘Boyhood Pop,’ rooted in stories of radiant youth. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, JIHOON mentioned that they “consider ‘Boyhood Pop’ as a genre, a story, and a spectrum that is widening and broadening” and added, “We want to exude that positivity for listeners.”
Earning widespread acclaim since their debut track “plot twist,” the sextet recently ignited viral trends with “OVERDRIVE,” surpassing 2.3 million uses on TikTok and 100 million monthly viewers on Youtube Music. They were also the only K-pop artist to be named to Rolling Stone’s Future 25, a list spotlighting the most exciting voices shaping the sound of tomorrow, which praised TWS as “one of the most exciting and energetic K-pop groups today.”
