On September 10th , Korean rapper ASH ISLAND brought the energy to Granada Theater in Dallas Texas, performing in the city for the very first time.The rapper's first ever world tour, 'Voice Memo: Black Rose,’ began in Asia and hit eight cities throughout the US before finishing up in Canada. He brought a new level of performance that left everyone satisfied at the end of the night.
Before the performance began, MIXTAPE 317 was allowed to sit on the VIP Soundcheck. It was an intimate experience where ASH ISLAND took time to interact with VIP guests. He took the time to ask fans how they were doing and their opinions on songs. It was amazing to see artists and fans interact in a more casual manner.

After VIP Soundcheck the rest of the fans were excitedly waiting in a long line to finally get to see the performer live.From the moment that ASH ISLAND took the stage till his final bow after his encore there was constant energy. The concert felt more like a party as fans were dancing all night long. The crowd was fully locked in as they sang every lyric to tracks like ‘Melody’ and ‘Rainy Day.’ Even ASH ISLAND himself was surprised that the fans knew all the lyrics.
ASH ISLAND made sure to mention at the end night he would make sure to come back and visit fans soon enough. Judging by how loud the screams were when he said that, fans will be eagerly awaiting his return. From melodic singing to rapping ASH ISLAND has a powerful voice that pulls fans in.
