d4vd returns to Dallas at the South Side Ballroom with his sold out show on his latest tour “Withered 2025 World Tour.” Dallas truly showed up for d4vd on August 8th as this was the most packed I have seen this venue with a line to get in that wrapped around the venue and through the entire parking lot.

The night started off with the opener, Houston, Texas native, Bryant Barnes, who set the tone for the night. Bryant’s lo-fi inspired music pairs nicely with d4vd’s R&B tracks and fans were treated to listening to multiple unreleased tracks by both the artists. One coming from Bryant midway through his set and one from d4vd titled "Summer Don't End” featuring Keshi; a ballad talking about missing a summer romance and how it doesn't really have to end.

d4vd took the stage shortly after Bryant and the energy was through the roof. He was all over the stage; jumping and running back and forth only taking small breaks to belt throughout the numbers. Even with his constant high energy he brought to the stage, his voice never once faltered, maintaining his amazing vocal capability throughout the night. Partway through the night he brought an extra special guest, his sister Emily, to help him sing "Here With Me." The crowd made sure to give her a warm welcome and cheer her on as she assisted her older brother on stage.

Even with his slower more ballad-esque songs d4vd breathed a new life into them on stage. You could feel the emotions d4vd poured into each song even more intensely during the concert. Despite the slower numbers being towards the end of his set both him and fans' energy remained high. The night was filled with action packed energy and d4vd's unwavering vocal strength. d4vd concluded the night by coming down off the stage and greeting fans gently - high fiving, taking photos and vids and even signing some vinyls his fans brought, completing the perfect send off for his Dallas performance.
